# Civic Infrastructure Publication
|

|
|
This repository is the authoritative source for approved public Civic Infrastructure publication artifacts.
|
|
|
|
Published artifacts are versioned by replacement, not mutation.
|
|
|
|
For artifacts published to IPFS, the repository preserves both:
|
|
|
|
- the Civic SHA-256 identity of the exact artifact bytes; and
|
|
- the corresponding IPFS CID.
|
|
|
|
These identities are separate and are not interchangeable.
|
|
|
|
## Scope
|
|
|
|
This repository is limited to approved public Civic Infrastructure artifacts, including:
|
|
|
|
- policies;
|
|
- trust and service declarations;
|
|
- schemas and specifications;
|
|
- publication manifests; and
|
|
- publication receipts.
|
|
|
|
It does not contain:
|
|
|
|
- Triage data;
|
|
- Participant data;
|
|
- case data;
|
|
- mail;
|
|
- RAG corpora or vectors;
|
|
- private documents;
|
|
- credentials; or
|
|
- private operational logs.
|
|
|
|
## Publication model
|
|
|
|
Source-controlled approval precedes publication.
|
|
|
|
A published artifact is not overwritten in place. A changed artifact is a new version with new immutable publication identities. Prior versions remain part of the publication history.
